Paul is Quality Coordinator at SunRice’s Deniliquin Mill. He is responsible for managing the site’s Food Safety Systems, which underpin the delivery of the highest quality products to our customers and consumers across the globe.
With a long history of working in the sector, Paul is our resident expert in best manufacturing practice. In his role, Paul oversees Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), which incorporates food safety standards, master cleaning and pest control. It means this SunRice employee makes sure the products you consume are 100% safe!
What’s the best bit about working at SunRice?
Having worked at both the Deniliquin and Leeton mills, I really enjoy being part of a dedicated and skilled team that is driven to achieve excellent results.
There’s always been a lot of variety in my work. In particular, this has allowed me to gain insight into many facets of the business.
